About this role

R&D Process Development Engineer role supporting the Tide Evo Fabric Care business by developing processes and materials for a new product launch. You will collaborate with Product Supply partners and central R&D to design/validate manufacturing and packaging methods and drive improvements in quality, consumer satisfaction, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Supply partners and central R&D to design and validate manufacturing and packaging methods and material innovations
Independently pinpoint areas where processes and materials can be improved
Lead technical solutions to enhance consumer satisfaction, product quality, and cost efficiency
Improve process reliability, stability, and capacity to meet sales targets and market supply
Use troubleshooting, analyze data trends, and apply machine learning approaches to resolve technical root causes

They bring strong problem-solving, data analytics, and machine learning/root-cause troubleshooting skills, plus the communication and initiative to lead technical solutions and coach teammates.
