Key Responsibilities

Develop new test cases and plans from PRDs and functional specs
Manage software release regression testing and prioritize results
Coordinate execution schedules and priorities with global QA and program teams
Identify offending commits and debug regression failures to root cause
Review and improve peer test libraries and regression suite maintainability

Technical Overview

Hands-on automation and regression testing for L2/L3 and data center networking features including warmboot and ISSU, with API validation and performance/scale coverage. Test development uses Python, Go, TCL, and data formats (HTML/XML/JSON) with MySQL, integrated into CI/CD workflows using Jenkins, JIRA, and Git, leveraging Ixia test equipment.

The ideal candidate is a senior QA engineer with 8+ years of hands-on experience building automated Software Quality Assurance tests for networking products. They are strong in L2/L3 and data center networking technologies, have proven experience with Ixia test equipment, and build maintainable regression test suites using Python and CI/CD tooling like Jenkins with JIRA and Git.
