Senior IT technician role focused on deploying and managing endpoint devices and Microsoft cloud services for Cobb's modern workplace. Primary focus areas include Azure, Intune, and Microsoft 365 administration, with automation and security policy enforcement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration, deployment, and lifecycle management of endpoint devices across the organization
- Administer and support Microsoft cloud platforms including Azure Cloud Services, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft 365
- Ensure device compliance, security configuration, and policy enforcement
- Develop and implement automation processes to improve provisioning efficiency
- Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and best practices
Technical Overview
Hands-on administration of Azure Cloud Services, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft 365; strong endpoint management, scripting (PowerShell), and Windows troubleshooting capabilities to support enterprise IT.
