RAIB Governance Lead Director

This director-level role ensures McKesson’s Responsible AI framework is executed consistently through enterprise governance operations. You will manage AI intake, triage, risk assessment workflows, quality assurance, documentation, monitoring, and enterprise reporting aligned to EAIC and RAIB structures.

• Manage the Enterprise Intake Process for AI submissions
• Maintain and implement enterprise AI Governance standards and risk-classification logic
• Oversee triage, risk assessment, quality assurance, documentation, and monitoring workflows
• Manage exception requests and coordinate routing/escalation for EAIC level reviews
• Maintain dashboards, repositories, and conduct trend analysis for governance decision-making

The technical scope is governance operations rather than model building: operationalizing AI risk-classification logic, managing workflows and dashboards, tracking approved/flagged AI vendors, and conducting trend analysis across AI use case submissions (risk tiers, model types, and vendor maturity). You will also diagnose technical failures that impact governance process reliability.

The ideal candidate is an executive-level governance operations leader who can operationalize McKesson’s Responsible AI framework across the enterprise. They have experience managing intake/triage and risk assessment workflows for AI use cases, including documentation, quality assurance, monitoring, and exception request routing/escalation. They are skilled at producing governance dashboards and reports and coordinating across governance boards such as the Enterprise AI Council (EAIC) and Responsible AI Boards (RAIBs).
