Technology Support III focused on endpoint device management within a JPMorgan Chase environment, administering Omnissa UEM (Workspace ONE) and supporting device lifecycle across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android in a hybrid/onsite context.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 support for device management; administer Omnissa UEM (Workspace ONE); monitor for enrollment/compliance issues; manage device lifecycle; collaborate with security/networking teams
Technical Overview
Hands-on enterprise device management with Workspace ONE; cross-platform support (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android); hybrid cloud exposure with Entra ID and Intune integration; ITIL-based operations and observability tooling.
Ideal Candidate
