This is a remote inside sales acquisitions role where you speak with homeowners who requested a cash offer. You gather property details, present and negotiate purchase offers, and move properties under contract while coordinating with closing and dispositions.

Technical Overview
The technical scope is primarily CRM-based sales operations: logging notes and tasks, managing a prospect pipeline, and using phone/text/email workflows to conduct virtual appointments and negotiate purchase agreements.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an inside sales professional comfortable speaking with homeowners daily by phone and managing deals through a CRM. They have strong follow-up habits, can build rapport quickly, handle objections calmly, and follow a structured sales process. Prior customer service, call center, or inside sales experience is preferred, but real estate experience is not required.
