Technical Overview
The work is CRM-centric sales execution: update notes and tasks in the CRM, manage a pipeline of prospects, and run virtual appointments to guide sellers through the offer and purchase agreement process.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an inside sales professional who can confidently communicate with homeowners by phone and manage prospects in a CRM system. They demonstrate calm objection handling, strong follow-up habits, and the ability to negotiate and secure purchase agreements. Prior sales, customer service, or call center experience is helpful, while real estate experience is not required due to training.
