Key Responsibilities
- Make high volume outbound calls to qualified sellers
- Qualify leads and uncover seller motivation

- Maintain pipeline in the CRM and coordinate contract-to-close handoffs

Primarily process-driven sales execution using a CRM for daily pipeline tracking. No specific software stack beyond CRM is required or described.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a full-time real estate acquisitions closer with proven experience in vacant land acquisitions, land investing, or land wholesaling. They are high-volume outbound callers who qualify sellers quickly, analyze properties to set offer prices, negotiate and secure contracts, and maintain an up-to-date CRM pipeline while working fully remote.
