About this role
Manage complex rebar supply and installation projects from estimating through completion for the Riverside, AL branch while supporting Atlanta market customers. Own contract management, coordinate detailing and delivery, manage change orders, and provide ongoing project reporting and customer-facing communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Review contract documents/drawings and coordinate detailing efforts
- Total contract management including cost effective coordination, scheduling, and delivery
- Coordinate project requirements with contractor representative and engineer/architect
- Lead change order process through customer acceptance
- Represent company in project meetings and maintain financial contract control
Technical Overview
Leads projects using contract management guidelines, review of contract documents/drawings, and structured change order procedures. Applies industry standards such as ACI codes and CRSI standards and produces reporting on cost, schedule, and progress.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level Project Manager with 3+ years of experience managing commercial and detailing/drafting-related projects in the rebar or fabrication space. They can lead contract management end-to-end, drive change order processes, and communicate plan/contract terms clearly with contractors, engineers/architects, and customers while maintaining a strong safety culture.
