Recruiter responsible for full cycle recruitment, sourcing, screening, and candidate management for ManpowerGroup in Waco, TX. Drives recruitment activity across high-volume accounts while maintaining ATS data and candidate records.

Key Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods
Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain data in applicant tracking system
