About this role

Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, screening, and placement of candidates for ManpowerGroup's Orlando market. Builds relationships with hiring managers, maintains ATS data, and supports local staffing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates using job postings, social media, networking events, referrals, and outreach campaigns
Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews
Maintain data in applicant tracking system

Technical Overview

Primarily recruitment process with ATS usage; moderate emphasis on candidate screening, scheduling, and client collaboration.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a entry-level recruiter with 1+ year of recruiting experience, strong sourcing ability, and ATS familiarity, able to operate onsite in Orlando and effectively partner with hiring managers.
