About this role
This Recruiter role drives full cycle recruiting for ManpowerGroup, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and candidate support. The recruiter also develops relationships with hiring managers and supports client staffing needs through proactive recruiting strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates via job postings, social media, networking events, referrals, and outreach campaigns
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens and interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies
Technical Overview
The role requires working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintaining candidate records in a recruitment database. Nice-to-have experience includes exposure to ATS platforms such as Taleo, Avature, JobApp, and Bullhorn.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter with 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales, comfortable managing the full cycle recruitment process. They are strong at sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting phone screens, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate candidate records in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
