About this role

Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, screening, and placement of candidates for ManpowerGroup’s Oakland client base. Builds relationships with hiring managers, maintains ATS data, and supports local staffing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates using job postings, social media, networking events, referrals, and outreach campaigns
Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews
Maintain data in applicant tracking system

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an entry-level recruiter with 1+ year of recruiting experience, strong candidate screening and ATS familiarity, capable of onsite work in Oakland and effective collaboration with hiring managers.
