About this role
This Recruiter role supports ManpowerGroup’s client staffing needs by managing full cycle recruitment. The recruiter sources candidates, reviews resumes, conducts phone screens, schedules interviews, and guides candidates through the process while maintaining accurate ATS records.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates via job postings, social media, networking events, referrals, and outreach campaigns
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens and interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies
