About this role
This Recruiter position is responsible for full cycle recruiting at ManpowerGroup, including sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, conducting initial screens, and coordinating interviews. It also emphasizes relationship-building with hiring managers and maintaining up-to-date records in the ATS.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates via job postings, social media, networking events, referrals, and outreach campaigns
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens and interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies
Technical Overview
The primary technical focus is using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or recruitment database to track and maintain candidate data. Preferred experience includes exposure to ATS tools such as Taleo, Avature, JobApp, and Bullhorn.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter (1+ year) with a background in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales. They will be confident sourcing through outreach and networking, performing resume review and phone screens, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate candidate records in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
