About this role
Serve as a Regional Refrigeration Specialist supporting commercial CO2 refrigeration systems across Amazon’s North American market. Provide technical support, conduct refrigeration system audits and maintenance quality assessments, and help standardize procedures while ensuring food safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel domestically up to 80% to provide technical support for commercial CO2 refrigeration systems
- Support refrigeration system audits and maintenance quality assessments across facilities
- Develop standardized refrigeration maintenance procedures and troubleshooting protocols
- Collaborate with site leadership and engineering groups on equipment standardization and performance enhancement
- Guide local maintenance teams on operations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance strategies
