D.R. Horton is seeking a Region Human Resources Manager to oversee region-level human resources and payroll. The role acts as a liaison between corporate and regional divisions, leading recruitment, employee relations, training, and disciplinary processes while ensuring HR policies are followed.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and direct the region’s Human Resource processes and procedures
- Provide strategic support to executive team and regional management
- Oversee the recruitment process for prospective employees
- Direct and assist managers regarding employee disciplinary processes and actions
- Administer and oversee worker's compensation documentation and processes for divisions in region
Technical Overview
This role is primarily HR operations with computer proficiency requirements for Microsoft Office, email, and DRH applications. No software engineering or IT systems administration are specified beyond standard HR tools and platforms.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an HR professional with 3-5 years of related experience who can manage region-level human resources and payroll end-to-end.
