About this role
The Region Operations Manager leads and coordinates regional operations across all departments. The role develops operating plans and goals for profitability and growth, sets procedures and policies, monitors performance, and drives corrective actions while coaching management staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise all departments at the regional level
- Establish the region's goals for profitability and growth and assist with aggressive marketing/business development and expansion plans
- Develop organizational plans and approve region-wide operating procedures
- Review operations and performance of departments and take corrective action
- Facilitate monthly, quarterly, and annual business review meetings and coach management staff
Technical Overview
This is a non-technical leadership operations role with no named software stack. The technical scope is operational strategy: financial management, service strategy, marketing, quality systems, and structured business review cycles.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an executive operations leader with a Master’s degree (or equivalent) and 4–10 years of related experience, capable of directing regional operations and supervising multiple departments. They set goals for profitability and growth, establish operating procedures and policies across finance, service strategy, marketing, and quality, and lead performance reviews with a strong coaching approach.
