Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage the Medical Stop Loss RFP pipeline for new and renewal opportunities
- Provide administrative sales support and serve as a liaison for sales personnel, customers, producers, and home office contacts
- Manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process including monitoring inboxes, data entry, timeline adherence, and response distribution
- Maintain sales and customer record systems to meet compliance requirements
- Support customer activities including finalist meetings, enrollment, and benefit fair preparation
Technical Overview
Non-technical role with process and system usage around internal sales systems, RFP inbox workflows, and sales/customer record systems for compliance.
