About this role
Solenis is seeking a Regional Category Leader to optimize the North America customer equipment category. The role owns regional category strategy, supplier management, and sourcing execution (including RFPs/RFQs) while partnering with multiple internal functions to meet customer equipment and service delivery requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional category strategy aligned to global goals
- Drive measurable category KPIs using TCO analysis and market intelligence
- Manage strategic suppliers through negotiations and long-term agreements
- Lead sourcing initiatives including RFPs, RFQs, bid analysis, and award recommendations
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering & Technical Services, Sales, Operations, Quality, and Regulatory teams

The ideal candidate is a senior procurement/category leader who can develop and execute a regional (North America) category strategy for customer equipment. They have strong experience managing complex supplier relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, running RFPs/RFQs, and driving category KPIs using TCO and market intelligence while partnering cross-functionally with engineering, sales, operations, quality, and regulatory teams.
