About this role
This role is responsible for developing and executing agency distribution strategies across assigned Profit Center(s) in Northern California. The Regional Director leads marketplace and profit center management activities to grow profitable production, broaden product line placement with key agents, and identify new production sources.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute agency distribution strategies across assigned Profit Center(s)
- Grow profitable business production and broaden product lines placed by key agents
- Identify and cultivate new production sources and new distributor appointments
- Lead marketplace management by acting as a consultative resource on regional dynamics
- Lead Profit Center(s) meetings and drive BU engagement and participation
