Regional Growth Leader, Northeast, plans and implements divisional/regional sales programs, coordinates development of sales objectives and processes, and drives cross-selling opportunities across Gallagher's Northeast region.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement divisional/regional sales programs
- Coordinate development of sales objectives, strategies, and processes
- Gather new program ideas
- Visit key sales offices to investigate operations
- Coach sales personnel
