- Recruit, onboard, and activate qualified Providers
- Train, coach, and manage Provider/contractor performance
- Review metrics and run Monthly Business Reviews and action plans
Technical Overview
This is a field operations and performance management leadership role rather than a software/IT position. The operational 'systems' involve program compliance, provider onboarding/activation workflows, and continuous process improvement to improve lead generation, sales, installation, and service outcomes.
