About this role
Support the Regional Operations Director with comprehensive administrative and secretarial duties for regional facility operations. Coordinate meetings, travel, open houses, reporting calendars, expense reconciliation, and presentations while ensuring compliance with DaVita policies and relevant patient-care regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial support for ROD (letters, memos, faxes)
- Coordinate conference calls and gather data for proposals/bids and DeNovo information
- Coordinate new facility open houses and prepare Monthly Facility Report Calendar
- Arrange travel plans and manage ROD calendar/meetings
- Reconcile and track expense reports and assist with presentations
Technical Overview
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is required, specifically MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Additional exposure to mapping and expense tools (e.g., Geofinder, Expensable) is preferred, along with strong documentation and reporting workflows.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced administrative professional (about 1+ year minimum, with 2-3 years strongly preferred) who provides high-volume support to regional leadership. They are highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong calendar, travel, expense reconciliation, and compliance skills (HIPAA, OSHA, Medicare).
