About this role
Semsee is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to drive premium growth across a national territory by acquiring new retail agent relationships and expanding submissions from existing partners. The role owns targets, builds pipeline, and serves as the primary point of contact for agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly written premium targets
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new agency relationships
- Serve as primary point of contact for retail agents and run business reviews
- Increase same-store premium through platform training and proactive outreach
- Educate agents on MAP value proposition across admitted and E&S markets
Technical Overview
This role is sales-focused and does not require technical implementation work, but it does require fluency in Semsee MAP's platform value proposition for underwriting and quoting workflows. Candidates should be able to explain how agents use risk information once to get comparative quotes quickly.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a sales professional with experience selling wholesale or MGA solutions to retail agents. They can consistently meet monthly written premium targets by prospecting and qualifying new agencies and expanding submissions within an existing agency base, using consultative partnerships and regular business reviews.
