Regional Sales Manager responsible for generating new sales and revenue within a defined territory, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and building strategic relationships in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify key decision-makers and build strategic relationships
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Support onboarding of new clients
- Collaborate with Director of Mid-Market Sales on reporting and territory strategy
- Represent OnTrac at trade shows and events
Technical Overview
Strong CRM usage, territory planning, and reporting capabilities; comfortable presenting at trade shows and industry events; ability to onboard new clients and align with mid-market strategies.
Ideal Candidate
An experienced regional sales manager with 2-5 years in sales, strong relationship-building, and a proven track record of managing full sales cycles remotely, ideally within logistics or e-commerce sectors.
