Business Analyst – Pension role focused on analysis, design, and testing for enterprise systems supporting public pension programs. Requires facilitation of JAR/JAD sessions, BRD documentation, and Power BI dashboards
Key Responsibilities
- Lead analysis and design for enterprise systems
- Facilitate JAR/JAD sessions
- Document requirements, design artifacts, and traceability matrix
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards
- Assist in test script development and UAT support
Technical Overview
Scope includes BI dashboards, enterprise tooling (Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, SharePoint), and rigorous documentation (BRD, use cases) with strong knowledge of pension programs
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level business analyst with 5+ years of experience in BRDs, JAR/JAD facilitation, and power BI; experienced with public pension or government retirement programs and familiar with enterprise tools (Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow).
