About this role
This role is a clinical leadership position for an RN charge/clinical lead on an assigned shift. The nurse coordinates patient care and unit operations, manages clinical and non-clinical activities in the absence of the unit manager/director, and supports staff performance and learning.

- Evaluate patient and staff activities and performance
- Manage clinical and non-clinical unit activities when manager/director is absent
