Registered Nurse in the Chemotherapy unit at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center, Enid, OK, delivering oncology nursing care and coordinating with physicians and care teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely body system assessments
- Assess patient and family educational needs
- Integrate labs, radiology, and vitals into SBAR
- Assess biological, psychological, physical, and cultural needs
- Monitor patient condition and direct care personnel
