About this role
Registered Nurse (RN) Day Shift full-time role for Cypress Creek Hospital covering Adult/Adolescent/Geriatric units. The RN completes admissions and nursing assessments, manages medication and documentation, supports milieu management, and provides supervision and guidance to nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete patient admissions process including nursing assessment
- Document ongoing patient assessments/progress per regulatory and hospital standards
- Provide medication management and administer medication as prescribed
- Provide milieu management and unit team leadership
- Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team and support discharge planning
