This ICU Registered Nurse role provides direct nursing care according to organizational policies, procedures, and protocols. The technical scope is clinical nursing workflow for ICU patients, including structured patient assessment (initial, re-assessment, and focused assessment), ongoing monitoring and communication of patient condition, and care coordination across disciplines. Certification compliance includes Basic Life Support (BLS) and preferred ACLS/PALS/NRP.

The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with at least 1 year of RN experience, currently licensed in Arizona (or holding a compact state license with the ability to become Arizona-licensed within 30 days). They are BLS-certified (American Heart Association and others as required) and can assess, monitor, and coordinate ICU patient care plans, including discharge planning.
