About this role
Provides professional bedside nursing care within an assigned unit, coordinating care planning with other disciplines. Evaluates the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice, participates in hourly rounding, and ensures safety guidelines and safe work practices.

The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with a nursing degree from an accredited school and an active Arizona RN license. They hold CPR and ACLS, and have relevant unit experience aligned to the posting (including potential neonatal or maternal-newborn requirements such as Advanced Fetal Monitoring, Level III NICU, or NRP). They demonstrate strong patient assessment, rounding, and safety practices in a fast-paced hospital setting.
