About this role
Registered Nurse (RN) in the Operating Room providing direct clinical patient care per shift and at the unit level. The role supervises delegated care, supports high-quality and safe nursing practices, and fulfills hospital emergency responsibilities using HICS.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement direct clinical care per shift and unit level
- Supervise staff and ensure delegated care is appropriate
- Accountable for quality, safety, and appropriate nursing care
- Support competency of clinical staff and resource management related to patient care
- Perform HICS responsibilities and know hospital emergency codes
