Registered Nurse (RN) - Pulmonary Rehab

This per diem Registered Nurse role provides direct clinical patient care for assigned patients and supports unit-level care delivery. The nurse also supervises delegated care and is accountable for safe, high-quality outcomes while supporting the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).

• assessing and planning direct clinical care, implementing direct clinical care for assigned patients, supervising staff to which care is delegated, ensuring high-quality safe cost-effective total nursing care, performing HICS (hospital incident command system) responsibilities

Clinical scope includes assessing, planning, implementing nursing care via the nursing process; medication administration; maintaining infection control, risk management, and quality improvement standards; and executing HICS (hospital incident command system) responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse who provides direct clinical patient care using the nursing process and ensures safe, high-quality outcomes. They hold AHA BLS and can manage patient assessments, medication administration, infection control, and HICS responsibilities in a fast-paced hospital environment.
