Regulatory Consultant role supporting fertilizer and organic product compliance in a fast-paced consulting environment. You will perform label audits, identify regulatory gaps and risks, provide actionable client feedback, and track submission progress to keep projects moving.
Key Responsibilities

- Identify missing, inconsistent, or risky elements

- Track submission progress and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Technical Overview
Hands-on regulatory compliance work focused on reviewing product labels and documentation for fertilizer, feed, and organic submissions. You will coordinate day-to-day client requests, track submission progress, and escalate complex or high-risk issues to senior consultants with clear context.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a regulatory consultant with strong hands-on experience supporting fertilizer compliance, including reviewing product labels and identifying gaps and risks. They have additional experience with feed and pesticide registrations (a plus) and can support organic submissions using OMRI, CDFA OIM, and WSDA documentation requirements. They are highly organized, proactive with follow-ups, and communicate clearly with clients to keep submissions moving.
