Relationship Manager – Enterprise Accounts at 360training.com owns post-sale relationships for enterprise clients, driving retention and expansion revenue through value-based partnerships and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Own post-sale relationship for assigned Enterprise clients
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Proactively manage account health and retention strategies
- Lead QBRs/EBRs to demonstrate value
- Collaborate with Sales, CS, Product, and Support
Technical Overview
Role relies on CRM data, annual retention/expansion metrics, renewal forecasting, and quarterly business reviews to demonstrate value and drive account health. Interfaces with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level relationship manager with 3–7+ years in enterprise/account management, adept at retention, expansion revenue, and executive stakeholder engagement in an education/SaaS environment.
