About this role
This role serves as a servant leader across an Agile Release Train, enabling predictable program-level delivery aligned to business strategy. You will facilitate core PI ceremonies, manage risks and dependencies, coach agile practices, and drive continuous improvement using Inspect & Adapt.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a servant leader empowering teams to take ownership
- Prepare the Agile Release Train (ART) for PI Planning with Product Management
- Facilitate program-level events including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt
- Identify, track, and help resolve impediments, risks, and dependencies
- Coach the ART on agile practices and technical agility (Continuous Integration, Behavior-Driven Development)

The scope centers on Agile Release Train (ART) program operations: PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART syncs, system demos, and Inspect & Adapt. The role also includes supporting technical agility initiatives like Continuous Integration and Behavior-Driven Development, along with program metrics analysis and evidence-based improvement.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an RTE/Release Train Engineer who has facilitated Agile Release Train ceremonies such as PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART syncs, and Inspect & Adapt. They combine servant leadership with strong program-level planning, dependency/risk/impediment management, and the ability to analyze program metrics and drive continuous improvement.
