CELLA is seeking a Remote Email Manager for a global media company to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of email campaigns across brands and audiences. The role requires expert hands-on ownership in Iterable, including building journeys, QA, scheduling, and deployment, plus performance monitoring and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute email marketing strategies aligned to brand/genre objectives and KPIs
Own end-to-end campaign execution in Iterable including setup, QA, scheduling, and deployment
Conduct QA in Iterable for formatting, functionality, and deliverability across devices and email clients
Monitor performance metrics and implement test-and-learn optimization with reporting
Support Iterable reimplementation including migration of templates, journeys, and audience segments

Technical Overview

This role centers on end-to-end email campaign management in Iterable, including journey building, template creation, QA for formatting/functionality/deliverability across email clients, and ongoing optimization using segmentation, personalization, and test-and-learn strategies. It also involves migrations and staying current with Iterable data schema, CDP architecture, audience targeting, sender infrastructure, and deliverability best practices.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a hands-on email marketing specialist with expert-level Iterable proficiency, including full lifecycle management of journeys, QA, and deployment. They can independently own high-volume email programs, optimize performance using segmentation and personalization, and run test-and-learn testing with recurring reporting. Strong deliverability knowledge and the ability to work across marketing, digital, analytics, and data teams are essential.
