Remote Implementation Specialists install and implement Diagnostic Cardiology systems after a customer’s initial hardware or software purchase. The role involves assessing infrastructure, configuring networking-related components, addressing cyber security concerns, and providing post-install remote support and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and implement Diagnostic Cardiology systems remotely (MUSE, DICOM Gateway, EMR Gateway, CardioDay)
- Collaborate with Sales, Project Manager, Network Design, Digital services, customer IT and biomed
- Assess infrastructure and perform installation, validation, and connectivity on assigned equipment
- Address cyber security concerns with IT and biomed
- Maintain customer service requests, update service records, and provide post-install support
Technical Overview
Owns remote installation and validation of healthcare diagnostic technology systems (MUSE, DICOM Gateway, EMR Gateway, CardioDay) in networked environments. Requires troubleshooting connectivity and networking infrastructure, applying security and networking best practices, and supporting customers with remote technical assistance.

The ideal candidate is a mid-level networking and implementation professional with 4+ years installing and configuring network equipment in customer environments. They have strong experience remediating networking infrastructure, implementing software in network environments, and applying security and networking best practices. They are comfortable providing remote troubleshooting and post-install customer support for healthcare modality-related systems.
