Remote IT Recruiter/Sourcer focused on identifying and engaging top IT talent, building candidate pipelines, and supporting recruiters. Requires direct sourcing, Boolean searches, social recruiting, and experience with Workday and CRM platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines for IT roles using direct sourcing, Boolean searches, social recruiting, and community engagement
- Conduct market research to map technical talent pools, analyze compensation trends, and identify competitive benchmarks
- Initiate outreach to active and passive candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and other relevant networks
- Screen and assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit to ensure alignment with role requirements
- Partner with recruiters to share market insights, provide pipeline updates, and support workforce planning strategies
