About this role
This role supports legal operations by processing and organizing time-sensitive legal documents related to debt collection lawsuits. You will review legal paperwork, manage digital mail, track statuses and deadlines in CRM and third-party tools, and maintain compliant records.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, process, and organize legal documents (stipulated agreements, summons and complaints, settlement offers, court correspondence)
- Open, upload and distribute incoming digital mail
- Prepare and send outgoing legal correspondence via mail and digital platforms
- Track document statuses and deadlines using internal CRM and third-party software
- Maintain organized digital and physical records in accordance with compliance standards
Technical Overview
Work is centered on document workflow management across internal CRM and third-party software. You will use office tools (Microsoft Office), PDF tools, and scanners while following structured legal workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate is an entry-level legal operations support professional with at least 6+ months of data entry, legal admin, or office support experience. They can accurately read and interpret legal documents, track document statuses and deadlines in CRM and third-party tools, and maintain compliant digital and physical records with strong attention to detail.
