Rental Car Associate - Jaguar Land Rover White Plains

Coordinate and manage rental car operations for customers, including reservations, billing, and fleet inventory. Support rental fleet maintenance and service rentals to ensure smooth operations across the AutoNation network.

• Manage and coordinate leasing of rental cars; ensure correct presentation of rental forms and finalization of bills; Make customer reservations; Supervise maintenance, cleaning and gassing of the rental fleet; Handle ESP, service rentals and body shop rentals

Primarily a customer-service role with emphasis on process compliance, order administration, and inventory management rather than IT systems.

The ideal candidate is an entry-level customer-service focused associate with a high school diploma and a valid driver's license, capable of handling rental reservations and fleet inventory. They should possess strong communication skills and be comfortable with billing and credit processes.
