Home Depot is hiring a Rental Delivery Driver II responsible for delivering large rental equipment to DIY and professional customers using a CDL-A tractor-trailer or straight truck. The driver performs equipment verification, PDIs, loading/unloading with proper securing, and completes rental documentation and customer operational training.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Tractor-trailer and Straight with Truck and Load Large Rental Equip
- Verify equipment is clean and operational prior to and after each delivery
- Perform PDIs and complete check-in/check-out at store locations
- Document work and obtain signatures on rental contracts using company technology platform
- Maintain parts and fleet inventories through proper documentation and transfers

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced CDL-A truck driver who can safely operate a tractor-trailer or straight truck and deliver large rental equipment. They are detail-oriented with equipment verification (clean and operational) and are comfortable completing rental contract documentation, PDIs, and basic customer operational training. They can reliably work a set weekday schedule and perform physically demanding delivery tasks.
