About this role
This role manages tech project execution for repair and service programs, including onboarding new programs and sustaining existing engineering services. The engineer handles break-fix troubleshooting, produces technical documentation (design, UAT, as-built), and supports installation/configuration to meet customer SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Define scope and prepare quotations for service execution
- Develop and support detailed execution plans with cross-functional teams
- Provide hardware break-fix troubleshooting and maintenance support
- Create technical deliverables including high level design, UAT, and as-built documentation
- Create repair/support procedures, testing techniques, and deliver knowledge transfer training
Technical Overview
The technical scope includes hardware break-fix and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues, plus creation of support/repair procedures, troubleshooting guides, and testing methods. The role also requires project-style execution planning and technical deliverables such as high level design documentation, UAT documentation, and as-built documentation.

The ideal candidate is a mid-level engineer with 5–8 years of relevant experience in repair services and hardware/software troubleshooting. They are strong in tech project management for onboarding and sustaining service programs and can produce deliverables like high level design documents, UAT documentation, and as-built documentation while consistently meeting customer SLAs.
