Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, test and delivery of all reports requested and essential for the critical business functions; Automate data extraction and reporting processing; Collaborate with operational staff, vendors, and management to meet reporting requirements; Produce scheduled and ad-hoc reports; Troubleshoot reporting issues and ensure data quality
Technical Overview
Focus on SQL development, Excel, Power BI, Crystal Reports, and Oracle SQL functions; experience with ServiceNow, IEX Totalview Workforce Management, and Verint Impact 360 for reporting and operations analytics.
Ideal Candidate
