Senior-level Platform Specialist to drive development of Allstate's Research & Analytics Platform powering investment decision-making across public asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive platform enhancements by translating business needs into clear requirements
  • Manage roadmap and release plan
  • Coordinate with engineering, BSA, UX, QA, and investment teams
  • Manage intake, prioritization, and communication
  • Oversee UAT and coordinated releases

Technical Overview

Experience with SQL Server and SQL; deep knowledge in investment analytics (fixed income, structured credit, loans); strong cross-functional collaboration; UAT and KPI tracking; CFA/FRM preferred.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior-level professional with 10+ years in investment analytics/platform delivery, strong SQL Server and investment analytics knowledge (fixed income, structured credit, loans). CFA or FRM is preferred. Must demonstrate strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
