About this role
Resort Ambassador handles PBX/telephone duties and guest communications in a hospitality setting, delivering friendly, efficient service and supporting guest needs across the property.
Key Responsibilities
- Answers telephone in accordance with company scripting and routes calls to appropriate departments and/or parties
- In addition to answering phones, must be able to communicate with guests through IVY - Internal texting system.
- Must be able to submit service order tickets accurately and efficiently through Amadeus HotSOS.
- Provides excellent service to both internal and external guests.
- Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to departmental and company policies.

PBX operations, Amadeus HotSOS, IVY, Microsoft Office suite; strong emphasis on guest service, communication, and crisis management.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a guest-oriented front desk/ PBX operator with strong customer service experience, basic office software skills, and the ability to handle crisis calmly. They should be reliable, able to work flexible hours, and present a professional appearance.
