Resource Manager to architect and rollout a standardized resource management workflow across Carnegie’s client delivery teams; forecast capacity and optimize staffing across projects in the higher education marketing space.

Key Responsibilities

Design, document, and implement end-to-end resource management process, including Asana configuration
Strategic capacity planning based on academic recruitment cycles
Lead weekly resource meetings to assign resources
Change management and training for adoption
Utilization and profitability tracking with Client Delivery

Proficiency with resource management software (Asana) and data-driven capacity planning; collaboration with Client Delivery and cross-functional teams.
