Retail Associate

Retail Associate at Ross Stores dedicated to creating a positive shopping experience, greeting customers, assisting with merchandise, and maintaining store standards per company guidelines.

• Engage customers with eye contact, greet customers, and provide friendly service
• Assist customers with merchandise and process transactions at register
• Maintain clean work area and proper merchandise presentation
• Expedite new merchandise to sales floor and ensure proper shelving
• Follow MOS policies and support loss prevention and store protection standards

In-store operations include cash handling, POS transactions, merchandise replenishment, and adherence to MOS and loss prevention policies. Uses PDT devices and registers to support customer service and merchandising.

The ideal candidate is a customer-service oriented retail associate who can engage customers, handle transactions, and maintain store standards. They should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow MOS and loss prevention policies, and uphold Ross's values.
