Ross Stores is hiring a Retail Associate to provide a positive shopping experience, assist customers, and maintain store merchandising and safety standards. The role involves stocking, merchandising, cleaning, cash handling, and following loss prevention policies in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and assist with merchandise
Maintain safety and store cleanliness
Ensure proper merchandise presentation and restock
Process transactions and handle cash
Follow MOS policies and loss prevention standards

Technical Overview

No software development; in-store technology includes Point-of-Sale systems, PDTs, registers and PCs. Training covers safety, MOS policies, and loss prevention.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a customer-focused, energetic retail associate with strong communication and math skills, able to work in a fast-paced store environment, comfortable handling POS and cash.
